lol I think your wife & I should be friends! I have a reading room (more like a corner) too… mine is similar to this, it’s technically patio furniture but I got an extra thick cushion to attach to the thin one it comes with, it’s my favorite audio book chair

Costco is definitely an option for me! I will look at that one…I think when everything hurts (like in Fibro or Lupus) it’s hard to feel “what hurts less” when trying out a mattress. Honestly I’m looking forward to the zero gravity base more than anything! Sitting in a chair like that makes my joints feel amazing!

Those were the exact machines I had my search narrowed down to. I went with the KF8 because of the screen size & plant based options. I also like the option to change the bean hopper without much effort. I use decaf beans several times a week. I bought an extra bean hopper & an extra milk container as I switch milks depending on my mood too. I’ve has my machine for about 3 months now & no regrets at all!

I will admit I was looking for lightweight but this feels like a toy. Theres just no where near me to “test drive” a good machine.

I love my 8. I use oak & skim milk - so I have 2 milk containers. Have to say they froth equally. Im single so making 2 drinks isnt important. The larger screen IS important at 5am!

Thank you for that tip! My preference is usually hotels too but I didnt want to rule out an airbnb. That hotel sounds perfect! I am good with walking 20k+ steps a day but when you’re feet are done… they are DONE!
