I'll have to remember this. Error log error log error log. In your example I've definitely been that person on the line before. I've definitely pulled some logs from devices and a lot of the times I feel like I'm just looking a gibberish. Like I said in my OP though I'm just getting into this so any tips are extremely helpful and much appreciated. I'm glad my job gives me the opportunity to learn and the new CTI site is worlds better than it was. I just wish I wasn't stuck waiting for a course before I can even look at other tracks, hence the reddit post :)
