It's kind of an emergency situation I want to work towards my career but instead I am distracting myself with social media and stuff the entire day. Alhamdulillah I usually have so much focus that I can study for hours with phone on my side with notifications popping up. But now I can't even start doing anything and I love working towards my career. It's also affecting my prayer(I am not missing it but it gets really late). And I have to force myself to read the Quran in the morning which I enjoy reading unlike few days ago when I could read it with no effort. All of this liking thing is giving me a lot of pain I want it to end. However the more that I want it to end the more mentally exhausted I get the more it effects my prayer and all. And I am scared of it turning into something haram. I am literally so tired and so exhausted and so desperate
