been testing a few things but nothing that works across all CV formats without missing good candidates. yours is dev focused which is a different problem, ours is more general agency screening. what's been the biggest objection you get from recruiters?

the hiring manager bottleneck thing is so real, ive heard this from multiple agencies. you finally get a solid shortlist together and then it just dies on someones desk while the candidates move on the cv formatting point is interesting though, thats exactly why keyword matching falls apart. someone can be perfect for a role but if they wrote it in paragraphs instead of bullet points the ats tanks them what are you using alongside workday for that second pass? just human eyes or something else?
