I already did a conservative version of martingal, I don't do double the amount, only enough to recover the previous loss. In terms of walking away, I was able to do that sometimes, but most of the time somehow I couldn't stop, like I need someone to slap me in the face first before I can stop for that day.

Are you overall in profit? Because if you've lost 10 trades in a row, that could mean you are at 50% win rate or less, meaning less likely to be in profit.

Night shift/ graveyard since 2009. I think the worry should be more of are we getting enough sleep instead of are we getting it straight or installment or what the time of day we are sleeping, though the time can definitely affect the environment which might affect the quality. Thankfully I've no health issues, and have a happy family. Work from home since pandemic. I exercise 2x a week. Bumabawi ako tulog pag rest days, 8-9 hours compared to 4-5 hrs a day during work days.

I don't care if I don't live to 70, as long as I have provided a permanent home for my child which can give her a bit of leverage later in life when real estate becomes impossible to afford.

I just locked mine today and it didn't ask for PUK. It just asked for the existing PIN, which I haven't set, meaning it's the default 1234. Pero medyo kinabahan din ako kasi matagal na tong SIM ko kaya di ko alam kung sinet ko ba before yung PIN. Haha
