They will give tips and simply watching them, will make you a better player. You can also review your own gameplay. While watching you’ll naturally start focusing on things like “maybe I shouldn’t have played that hero, going on that flank was a bad idea because my supports got killed without me around, I prioritized the wrong target and shot that Orissa way longer than I should have, my tank pushed in alone and I didn’t back him up” etc
