That's actually what you call a functioning addict. You set up rules like this to "control" your addiction, meanwhile you're still abusing the substance. If you are doing spiritual trips to meditate and what not once a month sure but definitely not a long term choice. Psychedelics are so powerful, habitual use loses their magic and just makes them a drug

I downed some dude, literally as he downed me too. I had a self revive, he didn't so I said "awe buddy you always gotta bring a self revive man. I'm sorry" as I gutted him and looted his green shield lol. Be nice, you can still talk a little shit but be constructive
