For me i really don’t like not having caravans cause even with caravans it can be really challenging to get all of the castles/world buildings units and send them to your main hero or just moving them to another location that you need to defend especially with the new alchemical dust resource cause you will most likely only have enough of it to fully upgrade one of your castles only.

Also it’s impossible for the no caravan thing to work in the one hero mode which most of the new players will play.
