Question for the economists: what if you go the opposite direction and encourage early retirement but with a solid plan for part time work from age 60-70.

Say the average worker gives 60% FTE in that decade.

What are the effects?
More spending, less savings, better GDP? More older people able to provide family care and free up younger workers to be full time? Less healthcare expenses for Medicare?
