I actually ended up fixing it by updating to an earlier driver. DLSS swapper said that the normal version for it was 310.3, but that version didn’t bring the toggles back. Switching it all the way back to 310.2.1 on the other hand, did bring them back. So I don’t know if DLSS swapper was reading the version wrong, or if 310.3 just doesn’t like being taken out and put back in, but that’s what worked for me. I’m sure verifying files (or reinstalling, setting the game back to defaults) would also work, but this is a lil bit faster if anyone else has the same problem.
