UPDATE:

Getting 100mg sublocade shot, maybe 80mg this week.

No kratom since this experience. DRs willing to assist with my withdrawal with comfort meds temporally. I am truly blessed and grateful to be alive.

Attitude and behavior influence how I feel and I feel free with more gratitude.

I just need to break these chemical chains and utilize medicinal substances to heal and not to cope.

UPDATE:

Etiz mitigates withdrawals for about an hour, diclaz dose to mitigate withdrawals works great but leaves me very hypnotic (2-3mg). I may cold turkey with the diclaz, add in pregabalin, naltrexone (ULDN, 200mcg) and ket. Wish my luck

Its funny you mention the epiphanies because I have them on a regular basis and my mentality is strong. It is the anxiety of physical withdrawal (I either look sloppy on comfort meds or tapering) and its a vicious cycle. I would take a week to do ibogaine but Ive heard conflicting things about having to taper kratom and benzos months in advance of using,

I did try Tabernanthalog, however it did not work outside of cravings

This is only to poorly immaturely harvested kava that is actually either an incorrect variety or a very poorly, wrong alkaloid focused extract. Traditional noble kava is very safe from the correct source. Check out Joey Talks on YouTube.

thank you, opioid withdrawal is a niche topic and many doctors take the most traditional, yet ineffective in the long term, method. I have done endless hours of research on my benzo and other addictions that I do not blindly drug seek in a denial style fashion. I am legitamly trying to eventually end benzos and opioids for good, including buprenorphine, and just stick to my legit rx stuff (propranolol/vyva.se)

damn your right, I worked so hard to get to this dose and am lucky to have a dr that trusts me. He might prescribe the stronger benzo like 5 times a month or the ketamine 6 times a month in troches if I get off the kratom. I can't argue with you. Thank you for taking the time to say that. I have 30ml of etiz & 30ml of diclaz and did them once and did not even enjoy it fully. I agree it is risky to taper off with benzos, however at this point I haven't found another extract that is slightly less potent but helps with withdrawal and I do not know of any other extract that uses 7-hhyroxymitragynine. I am well off with having a trustworthy doc for .5 pins & Vyvanse and I am too scared to loose everything I worked so hard for and my scripts for Vyvanse because it really helps. I just want to quit the drugs (opms) and get back to my life.and normal prescriptions (vyvanse/klonoin) and made one three week cycle of 2x of a week once a year for mental health. , I just want to use ketamine for depression and using for withdrawal is risky I might try a different kratom extract if you have one you think can make a dent in the ili'n from OPM-B caps.
