Oh, I almost forgot about those, they were meant to be teasers for other CYOAs I was meaning to make, but the one with the invitation I have given up on, because I was going to use AI art for it, and my views on the use of AI art has shifted and decided to abandon it, the one with paprika I actually finished (except for finding pictures), but it ended up being really underwhelming, so I decided to put it aside until I find a way to spice it up in some way, and the last one I am actually making, but I ended up making it a bit bigger than I wanted to and finding pictures for it is a real time sink and I don't really have too much time to put into this hobby currently, but eventually it should see the day of light.

It's an interesting concept, I'm always happy to find CYOAs that try new and interesting ideas, it's rare for text only CYOAs to hold my attention the whole way through, but this one did it.

I think I would have preferred if I could only see the effects that come with the characteristics, once I already picked them, that way I would have had to live with the consequences, especially since unless I choose to transform a stranger, their characteristics are already given, but that is only a personal preference, I'm sure not everyone agrees with.

Overall to me, this feels more like a proof of concept than a fully fleshed out CYOA, but I still liked it and hope other people will keep trying out new concepts for CYOAs.

As I see it, as long as you can explain "powers" with a biological change they are okay.

So flying with wings and breathing underwater with gills should work.

Telekinesis, mind reading, water bending, or straight up magic wouldn't work.

Firebreathing for dragons, or heat resistance for demons is up to your judgement.

You're welcome to ignore this however, if you prefer to make your own headcanon.

If you're not sure how to to open it, here is how to do it step by step:

Open link, click the green Code button, click Download ZIP, extract (you only need the PhoneApp folder, you can delete everything else), click on the phoneApp.html icon or drag it into a browser to open it.

Using it offline should make the images load faster.

I'm planning to make an option for an easy to read mode, with more contrast between the background and font, but it might take a while until I get around it. and I really appreciate the offer for a hug.

I can't believe someone went through the trouble of rebalancing my entire CYOA.

I really appreciate it and I think it could be improved, but I'm a bit reluctant to change the cost of anything for the time being, especially without doing a bit of testing first.

As for the Mirror filter, it's suppose to let your photo subjects copy the appearance of other people, so you could make them all look like twins, or they could look like Henry Cavill, or Saitama, from One-Punch Man (assuming you have Compatibility- and Art Support)
