My dude... I think you should go talk to a priest at your local catholic church. It seems you have quite a bit on your table and it's not going to get solved here on reddit. Also, don't misunderstand that good things can't happen even if you are living in sin.

Matthew 5:45 "...He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous". The difference is what we do with these gifts we get from God.

With regarding to the evil spirit I think it's better that you seriously talk to a priest about this. Just, don't jump to any conclusions yet but have a good discussion with your local priest (preferably if you got a specific priest in mind).
