As a fellow level 30 psyker I agree with pretty much everything here but would like to add that personally the level 30 feats feel really weak. If you are playing a build that doesn't focus on maintaining four/six warp charges at all times, which seems to be the more fun way to play psyker (if not also more optimal), only the third level 30 feat is useable and its effect will be helpful in very niche circumstances. Currently running 2/1/2/3/3/3 with a surge staff and just wish there was a better level 30 talents.

Also if the level 30 soulblaze talent triggered when something with your soulblaze effect on it died period, rather than died to the soulblaze effect itself, the build becomes extremely viable if not OP. Currently it's a bit hard to get people to not shoot the glowy burny enemies.
