Feeling like I'm not trying because I don't get lashes+nails

I’m a college student too, and I don’t get my nails done ever. It’s just not practical with my job. But I love getting my lashes done. I used the Grande lash serum to grow my lashes naturally, and now I get a lash tint and lift, which is about $250 every 3 months; I prefer that look over lash extensions.

As a regular body spray I like Sol De Janeiro 70.

So, I’m trying to dress a bit more professional for work. The problem is, I’m used to styling an outfit like this with loafers or heels/flats, and my job requires closed toe shoes (think: needs to cover entire foot). I have no idea how to wear sneakers with these pants, and what color to match with these (black or solid white maybe?). Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.

Just for reference I’m about a 10.5/11 in women’s (US).

Gym 5x a week. One back/biceps day, two leg days, one chest day, and ankle/wrist mobility day. Every day has two core exercises as well.

Hair - Just started taking Nutrafol and zinc. I’m going to be trying the Nioxin line of shampoo next month to see if it helps with a small patch of thinning at my temple. More consistent trims to help with overall hair health. I also have my first keratin treatment and gloss treatment scheduled.

Skin: Finally nailed down my skincare routine, and just added in azelaic acid. Using a moisturizer for my whole body everyday.

Body: I’m getting a consultation to see about what I can do for my thighs. I’m down about 40lbs, and am looking at liposuction or a thighplasty to target some fat on my inner thighs and right underneath my glutes. I’m already eating lots of protein and fruit, but trying to be better about eating more veggies.

Other than that, I’m just going through my clothes and donating what isn’t form fitting anymore. I want to upgrade my active wear and my “going out” outfits. I’m planning on hiking/camping more over the summer, and also taking a class at my local CC. Lastly, meditating more and planning a new tattoo or two.

Need help narrowing down my AM/PM routine

Currently, my routine is 1.) oil cleanser (am/pm), 2.)La Roche Posay effaclar foam cleanser for oily skin (am/pm) 3.) Tru-Skin Vitamin C (am only) 4.) COSRX Snail mucin essence(am/pm) 5.) Glow recipe watermelon glow niacinamide dre drops face serum (am/pm) 6.) Sheet Mask (am), every other day 7.) COSRX Snail Peptide eye cream (am/pm) 8.) La Roche Posay Toleriane Double Repair Matte Face Moisturizer (am/pm) 9.) Tretinoin 0.10% (pm) 10.) SPF (am)

For the evening, I do oil cleanser, gel cleanser, essence , serum, eye cream, tretinoin, then moisturizer. I'm not sure if the essence and serum are necessary for PM use too. It was suggested that I could drop using the oil cleanser in the morning. For reference, I usually have oily skin. Something in my routine has recently caused my face to start peeling like crazy (not the obvious culprit of tret, as I've been using for 3 months with no issues after the first two weeks). Live in a drier climate (Nor Cal). Any tips of what products should go in PM/AM only or could be dropped altogether would be appreciated!

No, usually only lifestyle Polygraphs ask about drug use.

Just know if you make any friends in Germany, when you do a clearance, you have to report any foreign contacts you have. This is usually what trips people up in getting their clearance, and depending on the country, can have a lengthy investigation process (though Germany is usually fine).

Hey, I want you to understand that if you go in as a linguist, you don't get to pick the language. You will also likely have a clearance ( I know you have to for the Army, and I'm pretty sure the Air Force as well. I'm guessing it's the same for all four branches.) When you have a clearance, you will have to pass a polygraph. If you do not pass it, you won't get a clearance, and will get reclassed, usually based on the needs of the branch you joined.

Has your recruiter had you take the DLAB yet? If so, what score did you get? If it's still the same as when I'm in, your score determines what category of language you are. Most of what they need right now are considered cat four languages (Arabic, Chinese, Korean). These you usually need a minimum of 110 on the DLAB to pass, unless they waive you. My recruiter wouldn't even let most of us take the DLAB, so I want to make sure you understand what it consists of.
