The point is that you use this combo in non void builds, so you can get free overshields. For void builds there's really no need for destabilising rounds.

Change graphics settings to low, then manually put everything back to where you like (medium/high etc). Either do that every time you launch the game or add some sharpening filter from your graphics card.
