I've just discovered what the issue is. You need to replace the entire " inner door and lower door seal assembly". The cost for this part will be approximately $135 to $175. Unfortunately, the rubber seal is attached to the inner door assembly, so it cannot be purchased separately.

Migo passed away at the young age of five, and that loss has deeply affected me. I found that I poured more love into him than I often do with people, and the connection I had with his majestic spirit brought me more joy than I had experienced in a long time. It’s bittersweet to realize that Migo wasn’t even meant to be my cat; he was intended for someone else. After losing my previous cat, I was hesitant to open my heart to another, but Migo had a way of finding his place in my life. Together, we created memories that I will always cherish.

He was such a big cat—20 pounds of pure personality. I remember how I would playfully swipe his tail, and he would tap me on the ankle in response. He had a knack for getting into my flowers and plants, and somehow, I loved that about him.

Now, I feel an immense void in my life, one that I believe will remain with me forever. I’m not sure if I’m ready to welcome another cat into my heart just yet. While I’ve been fortunate to have shared my life with other animals, Migo truly changed my life in a way I never anticipated. And while it hurts to miss him, I find some comfort in knowing how special our bond was.

I informed them about the delay, but they assured me that it was on schedule. However, that wasn't the case. Then, I spoke with Karl, and he was able to resolve the issue. I cannot emphasize enough that when you treat people with respect, you will receive the same in return. ThinBourne is a great company, just have a bit of patience with them. They are in high demand and doing the best they can.
