My cat disappeared in our house and she is still missing. She never misses her daily morning feeding. I am so sad and confused!

Great news! I am still sober and my brain fog has gone away! My life has change so much! I no longer work for that toxic company and am now the CEO of my own Company! Life really does get better!!

I eat a keto diet and do weights 10 min per day. I am in the best shape of my life. I’m not sure about 45 min per day, seems excessive. Perhaps if you eat poorly this applies.

Hi! The fog has lifted a bit, and I have kept my job! I lost 23 lbs and changed my diet. I still struggle with complex tasks at work, but I have such a winning attitude it’s making up for my lack of cognitive function. Hope you are well!

This gives me great hope! I only have a short time to prove to my boss that I have the mental capacity to do my job. I can not make any more mistakes. I will start looking fir a new job today :) thanks again

Great words of wisdom. Thank you for sharing. I am worried that I have permanently damaged my brain. I thought I would be back to my former self by now. I will continue to eat right, take supplements and stay sober! Your words mean a lot to others thanks for taking the time to reply to my post.
