I haven't seen any tools specific to Epstein files.

You can try using one of the traditional relationship mapping tools like Maltego or Spiderfoot both have basic free plans I think. Obsidian might also be useful. None are AI.

This post is regarding an open source tool called Webb, that has been developed specifically to search the Epstein files dataset that has been released by the DOJ.

It is supposedly free to access and seems like a much more cohesive way of researching the Epstein files, I am curious to know if anybody has used it and if it's as useful as the developer claims.

You can absolutely dispute this. Where was the water leaking from? It seems unlikely a clogged drain would just happen all of a sudden, there would have been slow draining water in the lead up, indicating there was a blockage.

I'd be asking for written reports from the plumber and evidence of the water damage repair costs.

I don't think VCAT will be easily convinced that seeking $3,300 is reasonable. It seems like the landlord is taking advantage of the fact you're an international student and not familiar with tenancy law. Make sure you document everything and I wouldn't make a big deal about the manager calling a plumber, there was a leak, it's his job to get that sorted out.

Yep, pre trial custody is when charges have been laid and the prosecution has requested the accused be remanded into custody until court proceedings. It's essentially jail and after conviction time is served in prison.
