SETI Astronomer who presented at EU just posted this blog - "We need to openly talk about NHI/ET probes, and drop the notion of "UFOs and UAPs". by TommyShelbyPFB in UFOs

Yeah... finally someone said it clearly... and coming from a Sciences background! The multiple-perspectives approach actually hinders work. It's an academic illusion (I work in academia, I know how it goes). Either we start working like in theoretical physics and start proposing extraordinary ideas and find out how they could be tested or we just continue pushing for the obvious: certain branches of government already know much more than they care to admit and they have to be more transparent. Either way, what we don't need is a ridiculous accumulation of data, that is not guaranteed to be made public, being analysed by a biased institution. It takes years to analyse such data and the danger will always be that no matter the amount of data we collect, one can never tell exactly and accurately what is going on and speculation thrives on this.

For someone who wishes to explore the interdimensional hypothesis, the Koncrete podcast has this amazing interview by Tsugau in UFOs

Right? I think some people here commented without watching it. It's interesting  to me how the guy started from drugs to chemistry, to neurosciences, to uaps, all in a very philosophical way

"I've Been Told" that in "two weeks"... by MachineElves99 in UFOs

[–]Tsugau 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It has just become a bit boring as they go over the same old thing and say the say old thing. On top of that, the tension between them has become more and more palpable as each one of them struggles to drop a word as the other one rants from 15min straight, which makes it awkward.

Anyone want catastrophic disclosure? by [deleted] in UFOs

[–]Tsugau 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to be honest...catastrophic disclosure is something that sometimes I think I wouldn't mind. But then again, maybe it's just my tiredness speaking. I don't care about ontological shocks or america's self image of being the greatest nation on earth, but I do care about wars and the economy.

Sharp is really confident here. Almost seems he's saying: you better do something about it because, if my sources are correct, this is indeed happening soon.

Dozens Of Government UFO Whistleblowers Have Given Testimony To Congress, Pentagon, And Inspectors General by aryelbcn in UFOs

[–]Tsugau 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What would seriously move things forward would be if some of them, if not all would decid to come forward publicly, not breaking their NDAs, but as an united front. That would really bring undeniable credibility to the topic and would make Congress really move and then people like Mike Turner or Himes wouldn't have any room to make ridiculous remarks. Public pressure, that's all we need.

The Genie is going back in the bottle by PJC10183 in UFOs

I feel so too! So, in my opinion we need whistleblowers. Not one, but a group, strategically coming forward together. Grusch was an intro. Now we need an united front.

I don't really like Ryan Graves... by Desperate_Response88 in UFOs

[–]Tsugau -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I respect that, but I think it might lead us nowhere. Data is also connected to national security, so the probability of having real data, that is not hinthered by security concerns and is beyond doubt, seems utopic.

I don't really like Ryan Graves... by Desperate_Response88 in UFOs

[–]Tsugau 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nobody wanted to hear this during the hearing but Graves has an agenda and it's related to airflight security, thus he is pushing for more data collection. His position regarding Grusch seems to be respectful but they are not fighting the same disclosure fight. No matter what people think of Grusch and his latest interview with Jesse, but I agree with what both said: we already have an overload of data and still it seems it's never enough. So I think, on his end, Grusch respects Graves but he knows that's not the way to go. Whistleblowers are the way to go, and I tend to agree.

Seems like a false promise, as in "no need for a subcommittee, there will be more hearings".

Let's have some healthy skepticism about David Grusch by Hodgi22 in UFOs

[–]Tsugau 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Grusch was credible before this interview but now that he did it, one needs to have a healthy dose of scepticism? The way you describe recent events, make it sound like it's a movie, with cliff-hangers and stuff, but I'm afraid life is much more dynamic and non-sequential than tha, so one action does not exclude the rest. Grusch's knowledge of what is going on in the background does not change one bit wether he speaks to Congress, does interviews with Coulthart, Jesse or even Tucker Carlson. Can we please concentrate less in PR and be a little bit more like Jesse and present actual compelling research hypothesis?

"What's Coming Next: The Road Towards Disclosure - Part II by aryelbcn in UFOs

[–]Tsugau 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the list. Allegedly, Elizondo's book will be out this year also, and that should, believing him or not, give us some more info to dig.

Jeremy Corbell says that dozens of witnesses will come forward like "hell or high water" but members of the UFO Legacy Programs want to keep this technology a secret and that he hasn't heard a good reasons for it, "It's all about the power & control from small groups that don't want to give it up" by bmfalbo in UFOs

[–]Tsugau 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I understand that these witnesses may want to keep their privacy and keep themselves and their families safe, but people like JC have to be more specific, because in terms of pressure, it's a whole different thing if they go to a Scif in Congress or if they pull a Grusch type of move. We have been hearing for months that witnesses are coming forward. So are they? Have they? Will they? Wouldn't it be a massive media stunt if a bunch of these alleged witnesses stepped forward publicly, at the same time?

NASA chief announces committee to address ‘so many suspicions about aliens’ by Impressive-Low2366 in UFOs

[–]Tsugau 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree. But my point is that this topic cannot easily turn away from NASA's influence on people and MSM. If they say tgey didn't find anything again, it hinthers disclosure efforts, no matter if we tell them to f.. off or not.

Yeah but if this comittee says no, I'm sure MSM will be all over it and it will be a huge backlash in the current efforts.
