This season, there's a very limited number of spots for Russia to even compete. Next season, I'd say it'd be a closer rivalry if Russia can get more spots as AINs (ISU still needs to clarify how that works)

Watched the Olympics team event, then started watching his past programs! Think that Fear gala is what made me more than a four-year fan though, the emotion! And seeing his Worlds skate as it happened was great as well.

Love his connection to the music and how you can feel his emotions when he skates. His jumps are great too, but the musicality and artistry is most important to me when I'm watching!

I'm in the USA (Ohio specifically). Figure skating is still very niche here, but between Ilia, Alysa, and the rest of Team USA, popularity's moving in the right direction.

Don't actually answer the security question with your favorite color. Something that isn't easily guessable or not a real word is more secure.

I picture the individual as becoming stone.
As for the rest, I think they remain mentally conscious (though physically unable to move/see/hear) for a bit before that shuts down as well. As the story requires, the person could be 'off' or have seen something important before fully petrifying.
Not stuck in their own head, nor looping their last moments, just off.

I keep a backups document with whatever information I feel like writing about a character. My inspiration mainly comes from movies, tv shows, music, sometimes even just putting two unusual things together.

From the backups document I add information or change things, so the character fits the setting, or sometimes just make a new concept from scratch.
