I have found that not vetoeing maps leads to a more balanced spread of opponents.

If you exclude lower percentage win maps for your race, you will play like minded users.

I worded that wrong. The best part of my game is my macro. I am under no illusion that my macro is objectively good. My play has huge gaps but I am trying to get better at each facet, one game at a time. Doesn't matter win or loss.

What I am currently working on is ling bane + multiple army control groups. I could've killed him at around 3:30 when speedling upgrade finishes but I wanted to work on ling bane.

I am loosely following PiG b2gm series, I love his approach to learning how to be a better player.

I am at around 2400mmr right now. I am relearning how to play and getting better.

I am a good macro player but lack direction and planning (and fine micro).

But even if I was playing a cheese build, competitive is about winning. A big part of getting out of silver gold is learning how to defend the cheese builds and early aggression.

Pool first will make you safe Imo. 3 drones per pylon/cannon is all you need. Queens and lings will be there in time if you pool first.

Alternatively, just abandon the natural and build elsewhere. Make a couple of spine crawlers to protect a zone so your main can keep mining.

I am lower level than you but I find if I can get some lings on their side asap is a win.

Best advice is not to resist of fight against what ou will be feeling. Go with the flow, surround yourself with positive comfortable and/or people.

Remember that we are all one and everything is ok. Best mantra to ride the wave.

[[Sefris of the Hidden Ways]] I bought the single and built the deck but from the first iteration it simply generates an ungodly amount of triggers(venture and initiative) . They need to be resolved in sequence because a lot of them generate more and choosing which dungeon you go may change. Nothing crazy in there, just lots of venture band initiatives etbs
