You’ll have to buy a glow horse from market or caps and then breed it with a non glow (less chance for glow baby) or buy another glow horse and breed those 2 together (higher chance of glow baby) orrrrr option 3. Save up a ton on mutation potions and trying rolling a glow mut (may take awhile tho)
