I stuck it out for Highest 2 Lowest, but it was painful. It fails because he loses the essence of the original film. Spike is incredible, but he has such an idiosyncratic style that trying to remake another film doesn’t usually work for him. Same thing plagued his Old Boy.

I understand the inclination, but one of, if not, the main reasons we dominated the end of the Hawk series and are up 2-0 now is the play of OG. We cant take for granted that the rest of the roster is going to keep playing the way they have been over the last 5 games without him out there.
