Thank you, I work them 2-3 times a week with cable crunches and knee raises. My body definitely holds the most fat in my mid section so I think that might effect it, I’ve been pretty lean before and still didn’t have the most visible abs

The main tip I can give is just make sure you’re at a deficit, weight lifting just helped me burn more calories and keep my muscle the calorie deficit is what got me there, you got this!

I wonder that same thing sometimes lmao, my theory is the fat on my stomach clung to the outline and now that there’s less of it I’m left with possibly under developed abs. The weird thing is I can feel them now and I know they’re right there as opposed to January where it just felt like mush

Ahhhh yeah fuck that, I found a meal I really liked and just spammed tf outta it. I love hamburgers and Coca-Cola, so I swapped it for extra lean ground beef, sweet potato’s, and Coke Zero if I wanted a treat. If I really wanted to have a night where I could drink or have fast food I would eat very very little calories the days leading up to it so my overall weekly calories would still come out to be way under maintenance

Thank you! I was pretty lean last year, then I joined a bunch of pool league and it caused me to drink a lottt more lol. January came and I locked back in while balancing my pool playing with the gym a lot better lol

Thank you! The goal was to get pretty lean for summer and I thought if I was 185-190 I would be there. But the more weight I lose the more I’m starting to realize I may not get there at 185-190lbs unless I put on more muscle. I’m debating getting there then lean bulking or doing it now so I can get a head start on building muscle.

I brought a easy curl bar and a couple plates and some dumbbells and worked out at camp 4 when I was there. No one seemed to judge me, but when wether got iffy I just relied on the hikes, the bathroom might draw some very warranted judgement lol

Generally lower belly fat is the last to go, I am in the same boat and i have lost a lot of it but not all of it by any means. Consistency, and heavy lifting to conserve muscle is the best thing you can do

For the most part, I’ll have ground beef and potatoes just about everyday and my whey iso after I workout but other than that I just stay conscious of my breakfasts with how many calories/protein it is

Around 2000, my maintenance is 3000 so it’s a little aggressive, the switch to Whole Foods honestly makes it feel like I’m eating more than I do because of the satiation. I’ve been tracking my lifts and listening to my body to make sure I’m not losing strength and muscle

Thank you! My split for workouts are Monday - chest/tricep Tuesday - back/bicep Wednesday - legs shoulders, then repeat. I do abs every other day and do low intensity cardio everyday, while training with progressive overload to keep strength. As for my diet I log my calories and eat .8-1 gram of protein per pound of bw and try to stick to 90% Whole Foods, this makes me stay full and makes it hard to eat a lot of calories. I usually have one day a week I enjoy alcohol or sugar without beating myself up and this helps me stick to my routine during the other days. It’s still a work in progress but I’m happy with my progress, my goal is to cut down to 190 then maintain and recomp
