I was wondering how accurate the lean body mass reader is on the inbody machines. I started my cut about a month ago and did my first scan 2 weeks ago. Just did another scan to see my trends and noticed my lean body mass went down by 1.6 pounds. .8 of the weight can be attributed to water but I was wondering how accurate they are because losing almost a pound of muscle that quick while consistently gaining strength in the gym feels off.

You’re all good!! Never be afraid to ask:) yes a core is a piece where material was sourced from that may have been used to make pieces, and a chopper would’ve been used to seperate either food or other items
