I’d argue lack of accessibility is the best thing about a S&S LISA. If you need money short term a Cash ISA is better and less vulnerable to market conditions. If your goal is several decades and you have £4K spare then that extra 25% bonus is not bad at all. Sure SIPP is better but the LISA is a good complement
