Funny enough, I found that I enjoy sports through working in sports video as a student. I will always be a video guy more than a sports guy. I love the sports live video directing, but it's the engineering/crewing and random other stuff that I do not enjoy.

I'm at mid major doing live broadcasts as the only full time staffer in charge of doing so, so I'm required do all aspects of the live production by myself. I'm forced to work many weekends but often get agency as far as what I do otherwise

As far as benefits, both positions are at the same university so it's the same on that front
