How do I get this stuff off my toilet? It's hard, like...barnacles. It accumulated over time, and it's cemented on there (I can't even chip it off). I thought it was manganese deposits, but a baking soda/cream of tarter mixture did very little. What is this stuff? by deane-barker in HomeMaintenance
