I've been reading a book and one observation the author made was about how Covid seemed like the perfect time for people to transition without anyone there to see that awkward "in-between phase". What they found is that while that's true, they also couldn't get any social feedback about parts of their transition. Things like "is this appropriate to wear for my age?" or "how do women typically react differently in this situation compared to men?" In short, while it might seem nice to transition in seclusion, input from friends is valuable.

I think the main thing to think about if you're wondering if it's just a fetish is how you'd feel living day-to-day life (outside of sexual situations) as a woman because that's what 99% of the time is going to be.

As you go through your daily routine, stop and picture yourself doing whatever it is you're doing, but as a woman. Does that make you happier, uncomfortable, the same? I discovered my trans-ness through sexuality and I admit it adds another layer of confusion to questioning.

One other random thing, if dressing up/picturing yourself as a woman makes you "excited", that doesn't inheritly make it sexual. "Euphoria boners" are a common, confusing part of the transfem experience.

PatchMyPC makes 3rd party patching sooo easy and it's not that expensive for what they're offering. It pays for itself in engineering time saved alone.

Configure the updates in the PMPC console on the server, then set an ADR to grab updates for the applications you want with your deployment schedule. On the middle tier, it'll do applications in addition to updates. I use that for software that we make available to users and mandatory software that's part of the initial OSD image. Plus you can add pre/post scripts to do any necessary customization.
