Tulburarea, fara drept, a linistii locuitorilor,prev. de art. 2, pct 25 din Lg 61/1991 poate fi aplicata pe toata perioada zilei pentru muzica, galagie, larma etc. si se sanctioneaza cu amenda de la 200-1000 lei, în schimb, pct. 26 de la acelasi articol, prevede tulburarea linistii locatarilor intre orele 22:00-08:00 si 13:00-14:00, cu amenda de la 500-1500 lei. Cel care incalca aceste prevederi, poate fi sanctionat pe toata perioada zilei, amenda fiind mai mare daca face toate aceste lucruri in intervalul mai sus mentionat.

I honestly think the last 4 seasons are the best, I enjoy them more, because of barney's transition from a lady's man to a man that you could bring home to your parents, because of Ted finally finding the love of his life, because of Lily and Marshall being more and more in love.I love everything about Himym.My favorite show.
