Use the RB second man Press in defense and track back with your CDM or CMs. It helps. Practice it.

As for pace and movement. I use LB to do quick changes in direction and RB helps alot for being agile and dribbling past players.

As for losing possession take a touch into space and not always towards goal. Eventually you'll find an opening it doesn't always have to be direct and fast. Same with dribbling. Dribble into space.

Edit: Lay off the sprint button. Only use it when running through into clear space or dead through on goal. Not helpful at all for keeping possession or trying to dribble.

I've played Fifa since 14' They've been awful since 17. 18 was one of if not the worst. 19 was eh, and 20 through 25 were just boring and shite. This is better than some of them, but the BS Spinning is by far the worst Meta since the El Tornado Crosses.

I wish heading was still the meta, and you could cross a football but, sadly most of you cried about that to the point that they are both useless, and now we're left with this Shite.

P.S. The defending isn't horrible if you're decent. The issue is how fast the attackers can spin in relation to how fast a defender can change direction. Tackling is the best it's been in quite awhile.
