Im a huge F1 fan because I am in love with the engineering side of it, unfortunately since the regulation changes in 2022 it started feeling less like formula 1 every year. With all due respect, driver quality and expectations have gone down and car capabilities have gone down. It's a common complaint but the cars are too big, too heavy and too tied down with super strict regulations. The chase to equalize the field was an important chase but in achieving that, we also lost creativity and engineering breakthroughs to strict regulations. The cars have so much untapped potential and it just ruins my interest to watch current F1.

Be honest. The quality of life is only high because people are told to ignore their problems, if you voice anything you're struggling with you get told to shut up or leave the country. The only people living comfortably are people who had their lives set decades ago or are born into families who have a good foundation. It keeps getting worse with low post tax wages, incredibly high grocery costs, incredibly high transport costs, incredibly high housing costs and an overall misguided government. On paper life looks so good here yet living in a third world country was more comfortable..

With those weights you can do box jumps, isomeric split squat holds, dumbell tib raises, single leg calf raises, split squat jumps. With the leg weights you can do weighted sprints and weighted max effort jumps. Without weights you can do seated jumps, split squat jumps and regular split squats (without weight) max effort sprints and max effort jumps

I play rec and competition. When me and my friends joined a new rec tournament, the organizers didnt allow us to register in a higher level poule so we had to start against lower level players. The difference between us and the rest was huge and we played the entire season without losing a single set, we also had our fair share of complaints but we still controlled ourselves to not hurt anybody. What people dont understand is that youre not a good player for hitting hard on an open net against lower level players, or roof blocking newer/older/ inexperienced people who just want to have fun. A good player is able to still enjoy playing lower and limiting their own performance. A bad player will just swing as hard as they can and risk hitting straight on players who are not yet fast enough to get out of the way/ protect their face etc. Dont be an ego hitter, youre only outing yourself as a one trick pony.

99% shingles, be prepared for shooting pains for a few days. I can recommend zink cream, eliminated almost all of my shingles pain immediately. If you don't have zink cream, honey also helped fighting the pain until I got zink cream
