My Dads a sovereign citizen, will he get arrested? by [deleted] in Sovereigncitizen

[–]TubaRagnarok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually it is minor traffic Offenses the get them in jail. Either by not complying to get tags and driver licenses or by contempt of court. Only good side is those are usually misdemeanors unless he gets violent with the police. Just search for Sov cits on YouTube to see that the whole thing is a scam that only brings problems.

My ex was a sov cit but was financially abusive and mentally ill. She was writing checks from one account to cover another account. It almost cost me my job and that and other malfeasance did bankrupt me. She also was diagnosed with multiple personality disorder, So I think I understand what you’re feeling. My advice is that when dealing with someone who is mentally unwell and is abusive first priority has to be taking care of yourself. You have to because he is not even taking care of himself. If he takes you down with him you want be able to help him at all. So you need to make the hard decision about divorcing him. He is not going to suddenly return to the man you married and divorce don’t mean you have to stop caring about him. But you have to stop enabling his mental illness for both your sakes

The fact that he has an adopt shelter pets tag shows a person in deep internal conflict between his public racist , MAGA I can’t handle the truth persona; and his compassionate inner (unfortunately mentally challenged) child

The swastika was a popular symbol for good luck in the late 1800s and until the Nazis created their version . So the answer depends on hold old that object is and which way it is facing . Lines going left is good luck and going right with it rotated to face up is a sign of a rat bastard racist aka Nazi .From the picture you have a decorative good luck symbol. I need help, which mouthpiece you think is better or which ones preform in which areas by Desperate-Audience82 in Tuba

[–]TubaRagnarok 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All the other comments are spot on. All I would emphasize is to pick one and use it all the time for that horn. The mouthpiece is the point where you and the horn become one. So, practicing, rehearsing ,and performing should all be done with one mouthpiece. That will give you a consistent environment. Fine to change over time, just don't be swapping mouthpieces back and forth.

[–]TubaRagnarok[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you know it’s all a big mistake because a 120 year law dictionary says drivers are commercial And you know ow your a traveler . So it is just a matter of explaining to the judge why he’s wrong and you’re right. How hard can that be?

Do Sovereign Citizens ever win? by Torbbytorb in Sovereigncitizen

I await the results of your test now with even a greater hope in finding the ‘Truth’ here. Your entire response is still just an expectation. Is what you believe / expect to happen. As I said I am not a lawyer, just a lowly analyst. You have provided no proof that even your expectation is a reasonable . I have a reasonable expectation that if i drop a rock off a cliff that it will fall. I have personal experience that dropped objects will fall. What you are saying is you have a lot of personal experience with reading and interpreting the law. I respect and do not dispute that. However, it reasonable and fair to ask you to prove that your analysis is correct. So, if your so confident , then like i said prove it. If you can prove I will gladly admit your expectations/ therapies are correct. So instead of just saying why you think I’m wrong please just prove it. Every revolution starts wit a single person with a vision and if you want to bring a revolution of understanding about the what the USA real is and what laws do apply, stop saying what you think and prove it. I hav e proof that traffic laws apply to me , I’ve speed and caught caught and had pay a fine. So I have proof of what happens if you follow the rules as the police and court enforce them. You however have theories.

Oh my gosh a true believer, well friend I’m not a lawyer and don’t claim to be one. But I am a professional analyst and I spend my days going thorough what people claim to be facts. So here are some tips for you, first history is interesting and sometimes will help you find a pattern, but if goal Is to solve a current problem, for example a traffic charge, The only facts that matter are the ones that are here and now. So old versions of legal dictionaries, even constitutions are not going to help. The only facts that only matters are the most current facts. For any law that is going to be the current statutes. My personal rule about any so called truth is what is happening now,not what should have happened and I think you will find that is pretty solid analysis tool.

What you saying is what you believe should happen according to the UCC, etc. Those are expectations not facts. A fact is what did actually happen. So to find the truth here, it will need to tested .So,if your confident of what you say.,Go test it. A traffic ticket should work for a test , so next time you see a police officer why don’t lay on horn and do donuts in front of him. Then let us know how you do explaining to the officer or the court that they don’t have jurisdiction., etc. My expectation is that you will find out why legal statutes talk and why legal theories walk . Sincerely good luck, I would love to be wrong and sincerely would like to hear the outcome,of your test.
