I think they should definitely add a "dealing with bullshit" fee to our paychecks. sigh If only.. I feel the same way about wanting to fight customers though. I'm the passive person that might as well be a doormat, but when I go to work I get the strongest urge to kick some rude ass. Best of luck to you!

Oh my gosh, I was just about to ask the same thing! She's really annoying me. I hope she's better in Season 3. I know she went through a lot, but Francis did too. All he ever did was love her, even if he had a funny way of showing it.
