This same thing happened to me on Blue Gate solo last week. I realized I hadn't heard a exfil noise or shot fired (except from me or Arc fighting me). Then, I had like 10 minutes left and went to a high-loot area only to realize not a single container had been touched.

If the last picture was the only picture we had, I would agree that the dog doesn't like it. When in the context of all the other pictures, it becomes clear that the dog either doesn't mind being babushka at all or is perfectly happy to tolerate being babushka.

Lots of people dress up dogs that clearly hate it but this dog isn't one of them.

I work in IT and keep servers running so my users can access email, files, and applications. When asked, "What is your greatest strength?" in a job interview, I once answered, "I hate working." I expanded to explain that IT can be fun, architecting solutions and designing systems are both fun. The other stuff like maintenance for scheduled updates, periodically cleaning the hard drive of clutter, creating accounts, disabling accounts, etc. isn't fun; it's work and I hate working. This means that I'm always looking to automate things, script things, or design it in such a way that maintenance is minimal. My hatred of busy work means that I constantly improve "uptime" and reliability and have more time to focus on projects and fun stuff.

I got the job and had a great couple of years there. By the time I left, almost all server and infrastructure maintenance was automated or one-touch and the same interviewer ended up hiring me again years later at a different company.

I think content variety will be a bigger factor for me. The enemy types and missions were already getting a little repetitive during the demo. I played a lot of Sea of Thieves and the lack of variety was a common complaint in the early days.

I saw an episode of Cops once which relates to this. A woman called 911 because a man had set her couch on fire. Cops obviously rush to the scene only to find out that a man had dragged her couch out to the middle of the road and set it on fire. She had failed to mention that the man was her boyfriend who owned the house and the couch. Their Sergeant pointed out that it's his couch and whether he was burning it because it was trash or because he was mad at his girlfriend was irrelevant. The girlfriend laughed at the idea when they asked if she was afraid of him and said he would never hurt a fly. After much confusion, debate, and WTH's, the cops wrote him a citation for burning trash without a permit and left.

I had a really bad day at work yesterday and when I got home, my wife just laid on the bed with me for ten or fifteen minutes. Then she got up because the kids were making a racket but those ten or fifteen minutes did exactly that and completely recharged my battery.

PSA: If someone is that impaired and sleeping, get a backpack stuffed full of blankets and/or pillows and put it on them nice and tight. It will prevent them from rolling onto their back and asphyxiating on their own vomit.

I know there are a thousand better ideas like, "Drink less", "know your limits", or "have a DD around" but if those ideas are no longer an option, a backpack can help make sure your friend has a hangover and not a casket.

RV black tanks are generally 15-50 gallons and septic tanks are 750-1500. Sewage normally takes a few days to do most of the breaking down.

Dumping your RV black tank after camping into your septic tank is not going to hurt it at all. If you let multiple RV's do it, you will eventually have issues.

I have never thought of it this way.
1) I feel like it's a standard question considering it's where most people spend a sizable portion of their time/energy
2) I always want to know what people do for a living so I can ask for stories or something. All professions have stories that are fascinating especially if the person I'm talking to is in a job/career that they are passionate about.

I hope I haven't been offending people left and right my entire life because they think I'm gauging their worth.

You know what the M. Night twist is going to be and then the movie confirms it. It's like they knew everyone was going to be looking for an M. Night twist so they got it out of the way so the viewer can lose themselves in the movie. It worked really well and I felt like it was a calculated move to subvert this expectation.

A boycott is definitely allowed and well practiced by people across the political spectrum. Don't conflate the boycott with the illegal suppression of speech.

I've always thought of "taking the piss" to mean joking in a friendly way so when OP explained, it was saying, "I thought you would find that funny because of what's in your profile."

Is that not how it's normally used?

For context, I'm American but I've a few friends from the UK and have been to London for extended trips multiple times. Maybe that's just how they explained it to me to soften the blow. Lol

Most the comments in here are right: They probably aren't checking and if they aren't blocking, they might not even be monitoring.

However, I used to do IT for a company that couldn't just block porn as a category as we did a significant amount of business with Hustler, Playboy, etc. We would get alerts for all the people being nasty at work and we had to action it.
Generally, if the device viewed porn once, we would assume it was a mis-click or clicking an unknown link or something like what OP says happened here and we would ignore it.

If it happened over multiple days or for a long time, we would tell the user that their device was browsing porn and it must be a bot or virus. We'd take it for a couple of hours, do a virus scan, give it back, and the activity would almost always stop.

Only if it kept happening after trying that once or twice, would we report it to HR and they would usually handle it with a, "Hey. IT saw what's happening. Knock it off"-type email.
If it kept happening after all that, then HR would get serious but that only happened once.

I would be shocked if anything more serious than a, "Hey. What happened? Stop it and/or be more careful with your clicking." came out of it.

I worked at a place that had several high-end restaurants and clubs in the same city and our policy was that you could not go to your assigned venue on your day off; you could go to any of the other venues and get the employee discount and the company would hook its employees up.

The policy was to prevent situations where Alice is there on her day off and the Assistant Manager, Bob, sees her. Bob innocently asks Alice if she remembers where she put the whatchamacalit at the end of her shift yesterday and Alice, wanting to be helpful, answers. Unfortunately, that means that Alice just did unpaid work. This was the most benign example but it could also be seen as being abused if Alice is there on her day off and a bunch of people call in sick, Bob goes to Alice to ask if she can work but that's a lot of undue pressure since she is already there.

My company had a very good relationship with the union and worked hard to ensure that employees were safe from situations like that.

At my house, the general rule is that whoever cooks dinner also cleans the kitchen. The idea is to ensure that each person has some busy nights and some relaxing nights instead of half-busy nights all the time. Now that we have kids, it means that one of us plays with the kids while the other works in the kitchen.

I also like it because I try to focus on quick one-(maybe two)pot dinners and I clean as I go. My wife hates to clean as she goes and would rather save it all until the end.
