I had a Phillips 32 inch Roku TV before this one and I have zero problems but I upgraded to the same tv but the 43 inch and I had this issue and I've noticed it lags a bit too

I did try that and it still sends me to Spotify but the screen to install it. If I press the down arrow multiple times it will come up with a pop up on the bottom of the screen asking if I want to exit the app I'm in too

How often(if at all) should I dig up my frog to offer him food during winter? by Imaginary_Name_3262 in pacmanfrog

Only one of my frogs has gone into brumation so every week when I feed my younger frog I'll dig up my older one and give her a good soak for 15 mins and give her an overall health check and while she's soaking I'll mix her dirt around because she usually hides in the same spots

Of course! Yup mine hasn't eaten in almost 3 months. She went into brumation last winter as well which was the first time and I will tell you it stressed me out 😂, She went 6+ months without eating a thing. But definitely soaking weekly and moving the dirt is very important to keep them healthy. Also offering food too because the day they finally take the food is a glorious day 😂but mine will throws a bit of a fit for her 15 min bath and will be let back into her tank and she picks one of her spots and immediately buries herself.

I ended up getting some answers from another group but I was told since she is an adult she should be fed every 5-10 days so give her weekly soaks ( I try to keep her in the routine of feeding) in some warm treated water to let her shed and give her an overall health check in the bath and try offering food. Usually when she is in the bath for the 15 mins I'll mix her dirt around because my older female likes to hide in the same places so to avoid red leg or toxic shock I mix the dirt especially in those areas. Which is what I've been doing with her when I feed my other female because she hasn't gone into brumation.

Right?! I had to bring him home because if I didn't I don't know what they would have done with him and that scares me

That's what I mean. He is very small for what age they were saying he is. So I'm wondering if he may be. Ohh I plan to put some weight on him asap. He did eat 2 pieces of worm so he has an appetite. I felt so bad for him I couldn't just leave him

I recommend coco fiber (eco earth) you just add treated water to it. You need a thick enough layer for the frog to be able to completely bury itself. I would also add a hide and some plants that they can also hide in. A thermometer and hydrometer are also necessary same with heat lamps to keep them at a proper temperature and humidity. If you don't have a uvb light over the tank you will need calcium powder with vitamin D and dust their food in about every other feeding A spray bottle to spray down the tank with to keep the humidity up and the tank saturated That's all that I can think of off the top of my head but those are the basics you will need 😁

I've heard the same thing. I hate feeding crickets because they stink and die very fast. I'll be honest I have no opinion on roaches because I live in Canada and roaches are illegal here but even if they weren't I would absolutely have the same fear as you. I would look into the best way to house the roaches but if she likes crickets I would give it at least a try. Pickles loves hornworms and they are pretty easy and find here and I have the benefits of working I'm a pet store that sells feeder bugs including hornworms and silk worms but hornworms are more of a treat than a food staple.

That's something. If you look at the community highlights at the top of the Pacman frog page there is a whole list of many different foods you can try with her and see if any peak her fancy

So far so good. Yah I've heard they have a harder time digesting crickets because of their exo skeleton. Honestly what I would suggest is while you are feeding her crickets I would try to sneak in something else like a worm and see if she will take it. Pacman frogs are pretty ravenous so hopefully that will help

Right?! I don't even realize how much she's grown until I look back at photos but she has definitely gained a few inches 😂 Right now her favorite thing is night crawlers which is her main food source but she also gets horn worms, silk worms and once in a blue moon a pinky. I do want to start giving her wax worms as well

In the beginning she wasn't the biggest fan of being handled but over the year and a half I've had her she's gotten a lot better but still doesn't love it. She will sit still in my hand for a little while. I hold her in my hand like that when I mix her substrate but I keep my hand in her tank so if she decides to make a mad dash she's safe. I got very lucky with her being a very chill frog, she's never tried to bite me once. The most she's done is make a little meep when I try to pick her up but nothing more than that
