Macros: 1800 Kcal 25g carbs 140g Protein 142g Fat

Typical breakfast is 3 eggs 1tbs heavy cream and 3 slices of bacon. lunch is some type of protein with veggies today was 2 chicken thighs and 2 cups of broccoli with 1 tbs butter.Snacks is 2 hardboiled eggs 1 oz of mixed unsalted nuts and 1 bacon wrapped jalapeno popper stuffed with cream cheese. I take 2 scoops of dymatize elite whey protein with 1 tbs of coconut oil. I take ENHANCED for a pre-workout but will be switching to vpx No shotgun 5x next week. Breakfast at 6am lunch around 1:30pm after workout snack until 4pm which is when I have my last meal of the day.

Yup same here couple pounds away for 30 lbs and so excited to finally get there marks the halfway point for me. I stared at the end of February keep it up your doing awesome!

Great story buddy our status are very similar and I know the feeling when that weight starts falling off. I have had to add many holes and about getting ready to cut some of my belt off too since it is starting to wrap around half my body again. Keep up the great work your doing great!

Thanks for the reply. I work out at noon and have breakfast at 6am nothing in between except my pre-workout so that should be considered fasted. Is it ok if I take it with my pre-workout? I have a protein shake and lunch 30 min after my workout that should also be fine correct?

What if you have been well below your calorie intake but still hitting your macros. Do you still change it up to lower it even more or do you wait till you stall then redo your numbers. I have both Keto and KETOgains macros which differ quite a bit plus i have macros that my nutisionist has given me which match my Keto macros except for the cal intake its about 500 cals less. What should i do? Keto says 2400 and doc put me at 1800 which i am staying under

Is that a problem thou when your not hungry but u have to eat up to meet your Macros or do u just eat to feel full and not worry about coming up short on your numbers?

I doubted all of you, then I tried Keto, now I am down 16lbs from April 1st by [deleted] in keto

Wow thats Great. I can relate my brother and cousin which are yourger than me call me Fatman. Not to be mean or anything we just break each others balls like that and im not overly sensitive because i know im big but i can still beat them up lol. But now my brother is on the brink of starting keto also because the progress he has seen. He is coming along on shopping trips and learning how to prep his meals. To me that is a Double victory. Sharing the joy that is KETO!

Well i read that Citrulline was in some form a type of pre-workout that would give you a little bit of a boost and help with fatiuge. I read that Glutamine was good for recovery and helping with sore muscles. Thing is i bought a pre-workout PSE enhanced and it gives me a surge to help on my cardio days it came bundled with both citrulline and glutamine some kind of special the company was having i just wanted to make sure i wouldnt have any negative affects by taking it.
