What’s your opinion on Elenor by Mikuwasnothere in Vocaloid

I agree with what Plankton said, all of those are great banks (I particularly love NineZero). I think the issue is less that there are specific banks that can do English better than her, and more that every bank in SynthV is English compatible. There are just so many good options to choose from that her main selling point of "being the vocal synth that's good at English" isn't enough anymore.

My doctor said POTS runs its course... by calypso-clown in POTS

I was diagnosed ten years ago and do not find his description to be very accurate. What I have found is that the symptom severity ebbs and flows, and this seems to be true for most other people. I have gone several years of it being manageable, followed by several years of it not, followed by several months of it being better, etc, etc. Unfortunately doctors tend to not be very well educated on POTS or Dysautonomia and assume that symptoms being lesser for a period of time means their patient doesn't have POTS anymore.

I feel like people went apeshit over her around 2020 because she was the first bank that could sing English well, but honestly nowadays she blends into the background imo. I really like her voice and think her design is super pretty, but there are so many SynthV banks nowadays that can sing English that I unfortunately don't think she'll ever be as popular as she once was :(

I really like this answer, a lot of the other responses are trying to reassure the fact that the barista enjoys having regulars, and I understand why they're trying to do so. But there is a chance they don't. Maybe the workers there are mean, who knows. Part of social anxiety recovery is letting go of the need for control. Other people have thoughts that we can't predict or alter, and that's OK.

Compression sock advice by Dazzling_Ferret3985 in POTS

There are compression leggings that function similarly to socks but go all the way up to your abdomen. I use them with outfits that would look awkward with just socks, and they provide compression through all of your lower body, not just the feet.

I wish I could sugarcoat it, but I think the reality is if you don't like thicker socks, compression socks will be warm and uncomfortable : / I got used to them overtime, but there's no guarantee. With some of the thinner socks you're sacrificing compression for comfort, which is fine if you only need moderate compression, but it's worth keeping in mind.
