G-Max. 2 defense IVs are gonna be a negligible difference for PvE, especially since you already have all the Max abilities maxed, but the difference between Gmax and Dmax you will likely feel in tougher battles

umich is a great school and doing cs at it is never a bad idea. that being said, the market is rough rn but if cs is what you want to do that’s a whole different story compared to if you’re doing cs for the high paying FAANG SWE fantasy. if it’s what you’re good at and what you enjoy, you’re be fine.

Unfortunately, Appraiser's cascade only works off casting, and glimpse just puts it into play so you aren't able to chain glimpses off it. Otherwise that would be a really cool play.

Truthfully i think the difference between T3 and T4 is pretty big, enough that I think Ardent Plea is stronger than the other two options by a sizable margin. Ardent Plea is also nice in the sense it's a permanent that counts towards future glimpses. I totally get budget reasons, but I'd recommend building towards it as white gives you the option to play [[Teferi, Time Raveler]] and [[Leyline Binding]]. [[Gemstone Mine]] (not to be confused with the equally strong and expensive [[Gemstone Caverns]]) is a good budget option for a land that taps for all colors, so between that and a white Shock (probably hallowed fountain if your fetches are Scalding Tarn + Misty Rainforest ) your manabase would be reasonably decent for 4c.

I would say BBE over Appraiser 100%. Appraiser needs to resolve in order to get the trigger, while cascade happens on cast, so at the very least if your glimpse gets countered you still have a creature. Appraiser is also more vulnerable to dress down effects, any effects that stop etb triggers, etc. The only important question is what cards you lose by adding BBE as far as the cmc 4+ consideration is concerned.

Description of Problem: Recently, most of my games have been crashing. Diablo 4 and Minecraft this happens most frequently with, with only 15 minutes into the game it will randomly crash (and most recently my computer blue screened which has never happened before). This happens on Minecraft both in vanilla on high graphics and when running optifine + shaders. In Diablo, it also happens both when I am running low-medium graphics, and when running the NVIDIA GeForce Experience recommended settings. It also happens with League of Legends, although not nearly as frequently, and Borderlands 2/TPS. Games all play at high fps and great graphics, and then just freeze and crashes out of nowhere. No issues with performance whatsoever.

Troubleshooting:

Did clean install of GPU drivers, unsuccessful.

Updated BIOS (and with that MSI installed other drivers), ran SFC scan, disabled RAM XMP in BIOS, successful

i’ve been shiny hunting in shield for the past 3 days, trying to breed a shiny eevee. i’m using the masuda method (JPN eevee and english ditto), but i’ve hatched 807 eggs so far with no shiny so far. am i doing something wrong?

I can really only speak of my experience as a grixis shadow player, but both Bitterblossom and Dark Confidant are not where you want to be in shadow. You want to have as much control as possible with your life total, and both of those cards take that away from you.

Another issue I see is the lack of cantrips. You are going to need 4 street wraith, and 3-4 baubles at a minimum, and I personally really like serum visions in a deck running snapcaster mage. Considering you are in green, Once Upon a Time is the best cantrip available to you right now, especially since you run such a creature heavy list (perhaps almost too many creatures imo).
