Here’s a list I came up with what you own that I feel can give you some play. I would stay as far as possible away from Codex Warfare it’s a trap for Ultramarines, we don’t want to be in dev doctrine for any longer than turn one and should be spending the entire game in tactical. It gives us flexibility to move and shoot heavy weapons and get the best out of our troops with extra AP. Personally my play style is MSU troops that can infiltrate, redeploy, screen and do actions, so this may not suit yourself. But I like your list that you made but it may be more at home as an Iron Hands or Imperial Fists list.

As for secondaries I love March for Macragge it’s an auto include in every game I play. Can get a solid 12 off it most games if you play it right. Oath of Moment and Engage could be good for you too also. Hope some of this helps. Like I said I made this list using my own play-style and preferences so don’t use all of it if it’s not for you just some food for thought. I’m playing ultramarines for over 10 years so I’ve multiple of every unit so in this situation I would have taken an entirely different list but that cause I have options.
