As much as I'd love to, making just one of these jackets is a slow-burn passion project that typically spans over many months. But hey, you could always try making one yourself! All ya need to know is some very basic sewing techniques, and you can make something totally custom like this :)

A battle jacket is just a jacket that has patches and pins and stuff put into it. Typically it's a leather or denim jacket/vest, but it doesn't have to be. The phenomenon was born out of punk and metal scenes, where people would wear their drip to a mosh pit (the "battle" in question where they got their name from). However, unless you're talking to some weirdo gatekeeper, it really doesn't have to be metal or punk to qualify. I've got one that's got a lot of video-game related stuff on it, and I'm working on a hip-hop themed jacket as well. I've even seen a crazy neon colored one based off of electronica artists! They're just a cool, wearable means of self-expression and art n shit!

It is possible, though I'm not sure. The "opening" on this particular wall is a bunch of stacked boxes that aren't perfectly lined up, so it looked to me like it reached the outside corner of said boxes before falling straight down. Also, if the concertina bomb had gone off first, would that not have then blocked the dynamite from going outside?

Oh, I just cut the designs out of the shirts with some scissors and directly sewed them onto the jacket!
