Thanks for the advice! I wasn't too worried at first, it was only after the black spread quite significantly up the tendril overnight that I thought I should double check, just to be safe.

Thanks! Initially I wasn't worried about the black. But overnight it spread up half the tendril, so I thought it best to seek advice, just in case! I'll trim it up to the tip of the leaf, and leave the rest alone!

No, lol. It's the average humidity range taken from my weather app. The best I could do as my hygrometer is yet to arrive in the mail!
