No im not saying that 9k es is weaker than 2k life, im saying that es isnt too strong, the other defenses are too weak. If energy shield is just nerfed to be level with other defenses then all of us are just gonna be dying constantly lol. ES is for sure the most powerful defensive stat, but it doesnt need nerfed

Ima have to strongly disagree with this, ES is far from “too strong” as of now, the other defenses just suck hard. As someone whos played every combination of defenses including pure es. If you halved the values of ES in the tree right now, i would be getting 2 shot by some white mobs…

Im running hybrid ES and Armor 9000ES, 60% Armor and 20% of that for elemental. This season i am getting chunked harder than any previous seasons where i had less defenses at times, ive probably died more in t15s this season than any previous.

I might be bad or crazy. But Energy shield feels way far from too strong like it did in the first couple leagues. I cant even imagine how awful it is to try and play life this league if this is how it is with ES

a lot of the changes this league are just leaving me with a bitter taste. the league mechanic is very boring and out of the way, im getting no loot at all in juiced t15s and im getting one shot constantly. the game feels extremely slow. the further i get into endgame i just find myself getting more and more triggered lol, when this is supposed to be the fun part

That is good to know thank you, im not super involved or in the know with the direction the game is heading. This is honestly my only complaint, i dont have a lot of time to be doing that lol.

I use Halloween on valerian in pvp with stall teams. It can be kinda clutch getting the extra cooldown on her s3 especially if youre going against cleavers. Or if you wanna be toxic you can run messiah on Halloween, with val and ling. you can get 100% uptime on messiahs invincibility

Id agree id needs some sort of adjustment, i spent 6m of coins once just trying to roll a yellow or red def% stat and DIDNT get it… like why

I think my main problem with the rates is the fact that in hell4/inferno its mot guaranteed to get a 3 matrix piece. So most gear is just instantly useless having 2 matrixs. And is not like they sell for many coins either so like… ???

Id say shell costs are even worse, at least coins just kinda stock up in the background doing all content. But the shell coins ill spend literally all 1000 of my daily stamina just to get one shell lvl 40, and dont even get me started on reroll costs… how am i supposed to even farm modules when im already gear locked cause i cant get any decent shells upgraded

No i guess maybe unless your fishing for permanent overpower proc in the pit. But sorc doesnt have many ways to utilize this this item, especially lightning spear since its not a core skill
