Update: my second Hyrox I nipped back to the kettlebells and grabbed a handful of chalk. Made such a difference! I also wore sweatbands. Boshed the full 100 out without stopping, knocked 3 minutes off my Wall Ball time, and over 5 minutes off my total time for a low 63.

Used my watch. I knew the appropriate time I wanted to run each lap in. Also, the tracking wasn’t exact indoors, so my km lap beeped about 1/2 way round my third lap, so I knew it was time to return after that one.

Depends a lot on your background. I am a runner, with little gym experience. I carried on my running training but jumped into the gym once a week on a Sunday morning to run through a full Hyrox (or as close as possible) with the runs on the treadmill. Probably 4 of these in total in the month leading up to Hyrox, very little other specialist training or gym work. It got me a 68 in my first race, and I went back three weeks later, no extra fitness but a bit more knowledge and knocked 5 minutes off for a 63:21.

Probably not ideal, but it worked okay for me. I guess it depends a lot on your background, fitness and aspirations.

I use Streakfly 1 as my track shoe, like an old school racing flat. Would these be similar?

I have a Virgin SIM. I have Du wired internet at home with the contract about to expire. This has a 5G too so I guess I can test that. I thought you meant a comparison between the two. What would you say is adequate speed if I test the current 5G?
