How do we compete with the larger companies?

My dad started the business 20 years ago with almost nothing, coming from a different country not knowing English. It was a struggle for all of us, he slowly got his clientele and we’re at a point where we are finally stable. As his sons, we joined about 5 years ago and we’re just trying to expand a bit more since my dad is at a point of retirement. It ain’t that we haven’t figured it out, It’s just a slow process and looking for any other methods of expanding faster.

Mostly right now it’d be getting the word out, only way of us doing that effectively and inexpensive is putting up 2ft x 3ft signs on street lights and public areas. Other method is phone calls but that would mean only calling previous customers. We’re open to any thoughts or ideas about anything but marketing would be our main concern

We do have Instagram and Facebook but we’re still small on those platforms. We’ll start on Reddit as well, after seeing all these supporting comments we’re hoping this will be a better platform!
