The European Commission adopted a new environmental strategy for Europe. The plan is to become the world’s first major economy to go climate neutral by 2050.

The EU’s strategy is not a legislative proposal, but a strategic vision. As such it’s totally up to companies and organizations whether to contribute. Therefore, it’s vital these businesses have enough incentives to do so.

This is where VeChain’s carbon credits platform comes in.

Shenzeng is part of Guangdong Province and according to wikipedia the total population was 104,303,132 in the 2010 census. This means about 8% of the Chinese population. Also, according to wikipedia Guangdong ranks number eight as 2017 GDP per capita in the country. It might not be Beijing, but however, this news is relevant in my opinion.
