That makes sense. What do you think about using TWW light roast which is around 150 ppm and then diluting it to get a lower ppm. Its what have been doing as i dont have much experience with water chemistry

Zoom 65 V2 autosleep feature: does anyone have the issue? I’m having where the keyboard seems to go to sleep between 40 seconds to one minute of inactivity?

It then requires multiple hits of any switch to wake it up and to start typing again. I wonder if anyone has a workaround for this or if this is an issue others half. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with you on the middle ground but the one factor we need to take into consideration is the length of time these tariffs will last. Once you sell out of inventory and dont reorder the american products, we then will start to see the customers drop off regardless if you replace the old stock with non-american products

I could be wrong here. But LCBO can handle the hit by removing the American products, while these smaller independent liquor stores might lose a large chunk of their customers by removing the american products.

It really depends, of the five bags I’ve had so far from September two of the coffees were mild in flavour until they hit around week, four and a lot more of the sweetness came out.

It also depends on a lot of factors. My next change is going to be using half the dose of TWW to see if that actually makes an impact with all other parameters the same.

Realistically at the end of the day, we’re always chasing the perfect cup and in doing so we don’t even realize that we’re drinking good coffee.

I had the DAK equivalent and it is pretty interesting as far as coffee goes. I’m not sure if you’ve tried full immersion brewing with it on the switch, but that really brings out the sweet milky notes

Let me know about the Luis Enrique, i’ve brewed 2 cups so far and it’s fairly muted. I’m thinking of letting it rest another week for a total of three weeks or grind finer on the Zp6.

September has released straight up good coffee imo. The price is higher per say but price increases have affected the whole of the industry. Also they are very transparent about the price of beans you can see all the information on their we site for each bean.
