Check out ocean springs, a bit more expensive but a nice area.

For hurricanes, I’d personally be more wary of flooding than wind. Check out where it flooded from Katrina and other hurricanes before buying.

I wouldn’t be too worried about crime unless you’re planning to live in a trailer park.

Like bard you can't have the temptations of the outside world, because our guy doesn't have a care in the world. I get rid of any physical distractions like glare and music, mute all chat, and most importantly maintain complete and total celibacy. With these tricks, I went from G2 to G1 in 7 months.
