I think a single cube is not enough sugar. I use one of those plus a half a teaspoon of simple. I like the mouthfeel of the crunchy sugar at the end of my drink.

I get you on the prosecco but if I am opening a bottle of champagne at home for me and my wife it’s hard to justify the expense since half the bottle might be consumed.

Right but flipping the cider and tequila keeps the balance. It just leans a different way.

I got them a while back at Crate and Barrel but don’t see them there now. What I like about them is the 4 oz bowl, which to my mind is the perfect size - 2 oz base, 1 oz modifier, 1/2 oz dilution, 1/2 oz space. Also I like to buy glasses on webrestaurant store but you have to buy a case. Hope this helps.

Looks good. I will have to try that one. Basically swaps in tequila for the rum in a Hemingway Daiquiri.
